Yes, the Club Mobay VIP service allows you to pass through the Montego Bay Airport in a matter of minutes with an official fast-track through customs and immigrations and a personal concierge to meet you right as you arrive. You can bundle the Arrival and Departure VIP services to ensure you get full access to all lounges, complimentary food, and beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Without the Club Mobay service, it can take over 2 hours to get through the airport since most flights arrive around the same time and it can get rather congested. There is limited availability for each time slot so booking in advance is highly reccomended.
Ground transportation is not included with your Club Mobay pass. We are able to coordinate directly with your resort's existing transportation. If you still need private ground transportation from the Sangster International Airport (MBJ) you can contact us for our luxury concierge options.
You are allowed to stay in the Club Mobay lounge for up to 3 hours. Guests must provide their boarding pass confirming your travel times along with your Club Mobay booking confirmation.
The Club Mobay Arrival includes a meet and greet with a personal concierge holding a sign with your name right when you de-board your flight. From there you will be whisked through Customs and Immigrations in mere minutes. You will also have assistance with your luggage. After making it through immigrations you get full access to the arrival lounge that includes unlimited drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), food, and snacks. On your departure you can enjoy the Club Mobay Departure Service that include expedited clearance through security, access to the departure lounges with unlimited food and drinks, wifi, and shower facilities. The food and drink selection bigger and the lounge is grander with the VIP Departure Service. There is even a spa you can access while you wait for your flight. You can either get these two services separately, or package the arrival and departures together.
You will receive you Club Mobay booking confirmation within 24 hours of completing your online booking. The confirmation email will have the confirmation PDF attached that you need to keep for your records when you arrive to the Club Mobay lounge. If you do not see your confirmation after 24 hours please check your spam folders and contact us if you still cannot find it.
You can book your Club Mobay access directly online through our website or by contacting us directly. Bookings can be made as far in advance as possible (as long as you have your flight booking made already), but it is advised to make your bookings no less than 48 hours before your trip.
The Montego Bay arrival lounge is open from 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM and the departure lounge is open from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM.
